How to write a good email
📋 What to include
For position questions — include the FEN string. Copy it from the calculator’s FEN bar so Alex can load the exact position instantly.
For content corrections — include the page URL and the specific paragraph or line that contains the error. Quote the exact text.
For technical issues — include your browser name and version (e.g. Chrome 124, Safari 17). A screenshot helps if the issue is visual.
For improvement questions — include your approximate rating (Chess.com, Lichess, or FIDE) so advice can be calibrated to your level.
Write a clear subject line. “Question about Sicilian Dragon FEN analysis” gets a faster reply than “chess question”.
